If you do not subscribe to BTC Inside Wire Maintenance and one of our technicians visits your home for a trouble call, you could be liable for a $50 service charge plus any repairs or other charges that may apply. Please note: Inside Wire Maintenance does not cover the actual telephone and/or customer-owned equipment, such as answering machines, fax machines, computers, etc. In the event of a lightning strike, most homeowner insurance policies provide protection for these items.
